As of August 13, 2024 project was awarded to Veit & Company Inc., awarded amount is $779,719.90. The project scope includes construction of a 10' bituminous trail along Twin Lakes Road between Twin Lakes Parkway and Cleveland Street, as well as along Cleveland Street (CR 40) between 181st Avenue (CSAH 12) and Twin Lakes Parkway. The work includes the construction of approximately: 2,025 CY Excavation - Common (EV) 516 CY Riprap Class 3 4,267 CY Topsoil Strip 835 SF 6" Concrete Walk 1,884 CY Aggregate Base C15 10,428 LF Silt Fence 1, 783 TON Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix 5,096 SY Rolled Erosion Prevention CAT 25 329 LF 12" - 54" Storm Pipe 4.7 ACRES Seed & Hydromulch 0R1.129679 All work under the Contract must be complete by 12/20/2024. A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Elk River shall accompany each bid.
