Ciba Dewatering / Thickening Polymer Clarifloc NE, or Equivalent and Zetag 8818, or Equivalent for: Contract #: PO-24-42 Fifty Thousand (50,000) Pounds of Ciba Dewatering / Thickening Polymer Clarifloc NE, or Equivalent One Hundred and Seventy-Five Thousand (175,000) Pounds of Zetag 8818, or Equivalent POLYMER TEST TRIALS WILL BE CONDUCTED FROM JUNE 24, 2024 THRU JUNE 28, 2024. NO TRIALS WILL BE HELD AFTER THE JUNE 28, 2024 CUT OFF. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any and all informalities or technicalities, if in the best interest of the Authority, including the right to reject a Bidder based upon poor prior experience. This contract will be awarded through a "Fair and Open" process pursuant to New Jersey Local Unit "Pay To Play" Law, Chapter 19, P.L. 2004 (as amended by P.L. 2005, c.51), N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C 17:27, equal employment opportunities, P.L. 1977, c.33, corporate and/or partnership ownership and P.L. 2004, c.57, business registration of public contracts.
