As of July 23, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The City has requested the following improvements to the WWTP Lift Station: Replace remaining large pump in lift station Replace controls for the lift station to operate all three pumps. Install variable frequency drives on all three pumps to better control the plant. Replace discharge check and gate valves for the pump being replaced. Paint piping to match recently repaired pump and piping. HDR's scope of services includes: Project Management, Final Design Services, Bid Phase Services, Construction Phase Services. Estimate: $400,000.00 The project generally includes the replacement of an existing pump and valve at the Citys Wastewater Treatment Plant Lift Station, replacement of all controls to three pumps and VFD for all three pumps. New control cabinet is required. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the largest possible total for the bid submitted as a guaranty of completion of the forms provided by the City within 10 days after notice of award.
