The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as Owner, on behalf the Technical College Systems of Georgia (Using Agency or ''TCSG''), is seeking firms interested in providing CM-at-Risk Services for a project known as Industrial Technologies Renovations - Floyd Campus. *Note: The selection process and requested deliverables being used for this solicitation have been significantly modified from the process firms may be accustomed to on previous GSFIC projects. Firms are encouraged to review the RFQ/RFP document thoroughly. June 17th, 2024 2:00 PM Deadline for written questions All relevant and significant questions that have been submitted in writing via email Major renovation and modernization of industrial lab spaces. These instructional areas utilized for Strategic High Demand programs are located in existing buildings that were constructed in the 1960's and 1970's. These buildings are adjoined to Building B and Building E. When addressing the plumbing system deficiencies, these buildings will be affected as well. Building C - Original Construction, 1968 Building D - Original Construction, 1962 Building F - Original Construction, 1975. GNTC's programs located in Buildings C, D, and F need an infusion of new life through updated labs and equipment as well as enhanced technology The preliminary Stated Cost Limitation (SCL) or construction cost of the Project is estimated at $13,494,000. The final SCL may be revised by the Owner due to final programmatic requirements, funding availability or other circumstances. The Design Professional's services are anticipated to begin in August 2024 with construction progressing in accordance with the project schedule reflected below. (Note: All of the dates indicated in this section are estimates and as such are subject to change.)
