The project includes site work and utilities installation for a new prefabricated restroom at the Cubberley play fields. The prefabricated restroom building to be provided by others. Question and Clarifications Due Date and Time: June 19, 2024, 1:00pm Question Response Deadline: June 24, 2024, 5:00pm Issue Notice of Intent to Award (Tentative):July 3, 2024. Work Commences (Tentative):August 21, 2024. Works Ends (Tentative):November 19, 2024. a Bid security in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate amount of the Bid including all Bid Alternates a certified check or cashiers check with reference to this Bid number and project name. Within ten (10) business days of issuance of the Notice of Award, the selected Bidder shall furnish City a Performance Surety Bond, and Payment Surety Bond. Both bonds shall be in the amount of 100% of the Contract Sum, liquidated damages on a daily basis for each day of Unexcused Delay in achieving Final Completion, based on the amount of five hundred dollars ($500) per day,
