This Request for Tender (the RFT) is an invitation by Peel District School Board (the Board) to Bidders qualified for Category A ($20 million or more) under RFSQMA24-5010 for General Contractors to submit Bids for New School Construction Mayfield West #2 Public School, as further described in Section 4.1 of the Part 4 - RFT Particulars (the Deliverables). Construction of a new elementary school. Contractor is to provide full construction services for a new two storey school, plus site work and project coordination. Location of the new school is at 29 Tweedhill Avenue, located at the south-east corner of Petch Ave. & Tweedhill Ave. in Caledon, Ontario. Deadline for Questions: July 31, 2026 at 4:00 PM
