J.O. 24-0__ Project Location: The project is located in Canyon City, Oregon at 329 N Humbolt St. The project starts in Humbolt Elementary School parking lot and the Greenhouse site is North East of the playground. The work generally consists of the following construction to create a building site: Schedule 'A' - Mobilization, Clearing and Grubbing, Fence and Misc. Demo, Approximately 475 CYs of Embankment, 295 ton of 3/4"-0" C.R., 20 ton of 3/8"-0" C.R., 1976 sf of sidewalk, 230 lf of handrail, a greenhouse foundation and other misc. concrete pads, 25 lf of 18"-30" rockery wall, 145 lf of 1" waterline and 310 lf of 2" conduit. All proposals shall be made on Proposal Forms, Bidder's Certification Statements, Insurance Requirement Form, Employee Drug Test Certification Form, and First Tier Subcontractor Form (within two hours of bid closing). Once awarded a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond and one hundred percent (100%) payment bond will be required to guarantee the faithful performance of the contract. Bidders need to be aware that Grant School Districts summer office hours are Mon-Thurs 7:00am-5:00pm and that overnight delivery service is not always available in this area. The Contract is for public work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The Grant School District 3 reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so, may reject any bid not in compliance with all bidding procedures and requirements, to postpone the award for 30 days, to delete items from the proposal, and to award the contract to the lowest possible bidder per each schedule listed.
