Site work and paving for a civil project in Brick, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
**As of July 1, 2024, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $488,783.50** WORK SITES: Court shire Drive The project generally consists of the resurfacing of Court shire Drive as well as concrete and drainage improvements if and where ordered. Approximate construction quantities in this project include 20,000 SY of HMA Milling, 2,500 TN of HMA 9.5M64 Surface Course and other associated work. Bid Guarantee is required in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount indicated in the Bid, but not in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00). Contract Documents are available solely for the purpose of obtaining Bids and not to confer a license or grant for any other purpose. The Township reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities specified in the manner designated in the Specifications.
