Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer system within Memorial Parkway Sections 3, 4, and 5 with cured in place liner and point repairs. The scope of work includes the following: 29,801 LF of Pre and Post Televising and Cleaning of Sanitary Sewer Mains 1,310 LF of 6-inch pipe to 8-inch pipe bursting 21,195 LF of 8-inch pipe rehabilitation with CIPP 1,372 LF of 10-inch pipe rehabilitation with CIPP 3,583 LF of 12-inch pipe rehabilitation with CIPP 2,343 LF of 18-inch pipe rehabilitation with CIPP 25 Point Repairs A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 07/08/2024 at 10:00 AM CT Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer. The Front Office and Receptionist Desk are located on the 5th floor (Suite 500).
