Site work for a water / sewer project in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
1. The liner tube shall consist of one or more layers of flexible needled felt or an equivalent woven and/or non-woven material capable of carrying resin, withstanding installation pressure and curing temperatures, and is compatible with the resin system used. The liner shall be fabricated to a size that, when installed, will fit the internal circumference of the existing pipe without any annular space between the liner and existing pipe wall. Liners for the brick egg sewer sizes take a little bit larger liner than the circular equivalent sizes. See the accompanying chart at the end of the bid specifications to help determine the proper size for fit and bid pricing. 2. When necessary, a clear poly pre-liner tube will be used to prevent an impregnated liner's resin from being washed out by inflow or infiltration. 3. The resin used shall be compatible with the rehabilitation process, shall be able to cure in the presence or absence of water and the initiation temperature for cure shall be as recommended by the resin manufacturer.
