The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish and deliver structural steel to the VDOT Lexington Lot located in Rockbridge County at 305 Old Buena Vista Rd, Lexington, VA 24450, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, in accordance with the specifications contained herein. Contractor shall furnish and deliver one lot of bridge structural steel as shown on the Schedule of Materials below. Schedule of Materials Quantity Description 7 W14 x 61 x 40' ASTM A709, Grade 50 7 W14 x 61 x 35' ASTM A709, Grade 50 One time purchase to be delivered on or before July 17, 2024. (non-renewable). A prebid conference will not be held for this solcitaiton. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Rebecca Smith Coburn at Rebecca.Coburn@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised
