Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Howard South Cameron Intersection Improvements. For the furnishing of all labour, equipment, supervisions, plant, and materials necessary to carry out the following for the Howard Avenue & South Cameron Intersection Improvements project: a. Construction of sanitary sewer, storm sewers, maintenance holes, private drain connections, and catchbasins b. Construction of watermain along Howard Avenue, Division Road, and Sydney Avenue including crossing the CN Rail, and services c. Excavation, grading, placement and compaction of fill materials, including a new stormwater management facility d. Construction of a new at-grade rail crossing (Sydney Avenue) e. Installation of new conduit, streetlighting and subsurface traffic infrastructure f. Installation of concrete curbs, concrete pavement and asphalt pavement g. Sidewalk construction, asphalt multi-use pathway construction, and boulevard restoration h. All as shown on the contract drawings and described hereinafter, or as may otherwise be directed by the Engineer for the City of Windsor.
