Tidwell Apartments Greenfield Construction is Now Accepting Competitive Bids for All Qualified Houston Trade Subcontractors for "Tidwell Apartments", a New 99-unit Affordable Housing Community Located in the Northside/ Northline Neighborhood of Houston. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive informalities in the Bids, accepting the Bid which best serves the interest of the Owner, subject to the bids meeting all HUD and Texas General Land Office (GLO) procurement requirements for the lowest responsive bidder. The rationale for Owner's selection is provided with the bid form. This project will be jointly funded by the U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Department through the Texas General Land Office (GLO), and administered by the Harris County Housing Finance Corporation through their Harris County ARPA Funding and the Harris County Redevelopment Authority. Bidders shall comply with regulations from the ARPA Funding which includes but are not limited to compliance with Nondiscrimination, Affirmative action, and equal opportunities in Employment. There is also a requirement of affirmative efforts to Hire women business enterprises and minority business enterprises.
