Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Corsicana, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.
The project consists of the removal of the existing spray foam roof and installation of a new 60 mil TPO roof. The rooftop mechanical units are also being replaced by another contractor and this work will need to be coordinated with that contractor. PROJECT LOCATION: Palace Theater 112 W. 6 th Avenue Corsicana, Texas 75110 Bidders must submit with their bids a Cashiers Check in the amount of 5% of the maximum amount bid PERFORMANCE BOND AND PAYMENT BOND: The Contractor will be required to furnish surety bonds guaranteeing the faithful performance of the work and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder, each in the penal sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: The undersigned agrees to fully complete the project within the time stated in the TIME OF COMPLETION paragraph above. The undersigned further agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $250.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter CONTRACT TIME: The time (allotted for the completion of all items of work) shall begin on the tenth (10th) day after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The right is reserved by the Mayor and the City Council as the interest of the City may require, to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received. Remove roof down to existing deck and replace with new 60 mil TPO roof. Coordinate with HVAC contractor replacing rooftop units.
