Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Coquitlam, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

For the complete scope of work, please refer to the Project Manual in Appendix E. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Targeted replacement of brick clad wall assemblies around windows and doors with new rainscreen brick-clad wall assemblies; Targeted repair of base of wall details and replacement of associated brick clad wall assemblies with new rainscreen metal-clad wall assemblies; Targeted replacement of damaged metal fascia sections and cap flashing sections; Targeted retooling of existing brick-clad wall assemblies; Targeted replacement of exterior windows and doors with new double-glazed aluminum-framed windows, double-glazed aluminum-framed storefront doors, and insulated hollow metal doors; Full replacement of existing skylights with new double-glazed aluminum-framed skylights;
