**As of July 2, 2025, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will be rebid but no definite date yet.** The Project consists of the following major components: The design, fabrication, and construction of an open-air pavilion approximately 40x60 at the Roy Chapman Park in Millry, Alabama. The structure will be made of steel, covered with exposed fastener metal roof, with a reinforced concrete slab. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. The cutoff for questions will be May 16, 2025, at 5:00 PM CST. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by security submitted on the prescribed Bid Bond form in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the amount bid but not more than $10,000.00. All Contractors are required to provide certification of compliance with the E-Verify program per Alabama Act 2012-491. The project will be funded with American Rescue Act Plan (ARPA) grant funding.
