The City of Tifton invites the submittal of proposals from professional contractors to renovate two sets of bathrooms located in Fulwood Park with vandal proof materials and equipment. The scope of work is to completely renovate the interior of both bathroom facilities. Renovation will include the removal and replacement of all existing toilet, sinks, urinals, divider walls, lighting, ventilation, etc. as well as painting interior walls and floors. All replacement equipment must be industrial strength and vandal resistant design. Both facilities have concrete block walls and poured concrete flooring. All construction must comply with ADA, City, County and State regulations and requirements. All questions pertaining to this RFP shall be submitted via email to bids@tifton.net no later than Thursday, June 20th 2024 at 1:30 pm.
