The project scope includes: asphalt deep patch mill sections of road experiencing asphalt failures - deep patch milled areas will be filled with 4 of 25 mm Superpave Asphalt, milling and repaving the entire road length to be flush with the existing gutter line, replacing damaged sections of sidewalk, curb, gutter, driveway aprons, and storm drainage structure/tops, as identified on the construction plans, guardrail replacement, as identified on the construction plans, thermoplastic striping, crosswalk striping, and sign replacement, and erosion control and sod disturbed areas This project will be funded from FY 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 Reallocated Funds from Gwinnett County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and therefore services provided must comply with all applicable federal government statutory and regulatory requirements.
