ALL questions and contact concerning this RFP shall be directed to the Design Team: Vance Rzepka at vance@vsrdesign.net Clarification Deadline 6/21/24 Sports Lighting firms / teams should formulate their proposals to illustrate excellence in the following criteria: LIGHTING PRODUCT MANUFACTURING AND SYSTEM DESIGN o New LED sports lighting systems (fixtures and foundations, poles, wiring, controls, as necessary) for one Baseball Field, one Softball Field and One soccer field. The existing football stadium, immediately to the west of the Soccer field has updated LED lighting but no remote control. Vendor shall provide an alternate price to convert the controls of the existing lights so they can be managed with the new athletic complex in this proposal. o Each vendor may submit a system / product design categorized as "budget" or "premium" (2 total lighting systems designs maximum) o Lighting Product manufacturing consistency and volume. o Product manufacturer's warranty on new installations. o Manufacturer's financial stability /longevity in market. o Maintenance, and warranty requests responses and facilitation. o Ability to meet production timeframe for project completion. o Product insurance requirements. o Product Design and performance requirements.
