Completion Date: Oct. 15, 2024 Pre-Qualification: Yes Project Description: This project includes the removal and replacement of streetlights, traffic signals, and concrete bases within the City of Racine. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through online for bids to be accepted. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the City of Racine to qualify to bid. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Racine reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or accept that bid which, in the opinion of the owner, will serve the best interest of the City. Bidders must be prequalified by the Commissioner of Public Works. Deadline for submitting a prequalification application is five (5) days prior to the time of bid opening.
