Renovation of a library in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Replacement of one (1) air compressor serving the dry fire suppression system and one (1) air compressor and one (1) air dryer serving the pneumatic controls for AHU T-1. All equipment is located in the L1 Mechanical Room. For each of the above: Removal and disposal of existing air compressor(s) and air dryer. Furnishing and installation of new air compressor(s) and air dryer, including all associated piping, isolation valves, electrical connections, and controls. Modification of existing piping and electrical systems as necessary to accommodate new equipment.
