Project is no longer needed.** Wastewater Treatment Plant Primary Clarifiers #1-#4 Rehabilitation Project PROJECT The work shall consist of repairing and coating the floor and miscellaneous steel of four (4) primary clarifiers, demolishing and providing new stainless steel scum baffles and scum beaches for four (4) primary clarifiers, rehabilitating the pressure relief valves for four (4) primary clarifiers, demolishing existing steel walkways on the bridges of four (4) primary clarifiers and providing new aluminum grating, demolishing and providing a new raw sludge pump. televising, jetting and cured in place pipe lining two (2) 8-inch cast iron primary sludge lines, and demolishing and providing new control panels for two submersible lift stations and other items described in the Bidding Documents for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Primary Clarifier #1 #4 Rehabilitation Project complete and operational for the City of Appleton Department of Utilities, Outagamie County, Wisconsin. BID SECURITY No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a Certified Check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the City of Appleton in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance/Payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents, within 15-days after the Notice of Award. BID REJECTION -The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in Bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids which best serves the interests of the City of Appleton.
