The bidder question deadline is June 19th, 2024 at 5 pm PST. Bidders are solely responsible for the cost of preparing their Bids. Each Bidder shall be required to submit a Statement of Qualifications in accordance with the Section entitled "Instructions to Bidders." Work shall be finally completed within eighty (80) working days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The successful Bidder must comply with all prevailing wage laws applicable to the Project and related requirements contained in the Contract Documents. District specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, or re-Bid, or to waive inconsequential deviations from Bid requirements not involving time, price, or quality of the work, or to increase or decrease the amount of any part of the work. The work consists of dredging Ponds 2 and 3 at the Arbuckle Public Utility District Wastewater Treatment Plant in Arbuckle, CA. The ponds are identified on the Project Site Map.
