As of July 18, 2025, a construction manager at risk has been awarded and construction is underway. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The project involves construction of an 8,500 SF addition onto Secrest Music Hall and construction of new streetscape on 4th street and Shinnick Street. The estimated construction cost for the project is $10,293,680. This Project is funded in part through funds made available by the Appalachian Community Grant (ACG) through the American Rescue Plan Act and will be subject to compliance with the requirements for the ACG. As required by Ohio Revised Code Section 9.33, et seq., the City requests qualifications from experienced CMR firms to provide CMR services to the City in connection with the Project.
