The $21,880.66 contract, awarded to Servpro, includes ceiling removal, cleaning, and mold mitigation. This phase is part of a larger effort to restore the City Hall, which has been experiencing significant structural issues, including mold and wood rot. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The City of Lake Helen is seeking Vendors to submit proposals in response to the Request for Proposals (RFP) to complete an assessment, abatement, design and construction restoration to the existing City of Lake Helen City Hall, Second Floor, with the intent to retain the existing characteristics as practical as possible.
