The City of Fremont is requesting Qualification Statements (RFQ) in the form of a Letter of Interest (LoI) from ODOT pre-qualified, professional engineers to provide engineering and surveying services for the City's Oak Harbor Road Improvements Project. The City was awarded a Small City's Grant from ODOT, which includes the section of Oak Harbor Road from the intersection of W. State Street to the south side of the Rt. 20 overpass. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
