The county is seeking Construction Manager at Risk Services for the new Clerk Records Maintenance Facility. The County anticipates awarding a Construction Manager at Risk Pre-Construction Agreement. Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements. Sarasota County is planning for the design and construction of a new facility for Clerk Records Maintenance . The current proposed location for the Project is County owned land at 1301 Cattlemen Rd. in Sarasota, Florida. Owner Rights: The County reserves the right to review, modify, reject, or accept any required policies of insurance, including limits, coverage, or endorsements, herein from time to time throughout the term of this Contract. County reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review and reject any insurer providing coverage due to its poor financial condition or failure to operate legally. E. Design services are to be selected under a separate solicitation and awarded through separate contract. i. CM services shall include coordination with the County's selected design consultants. F. Commissioning Agent services are to be awarded under a separate contract. i. CM services shall include coordination with the County's selected Commissioning Agent. Such services shall include, but may not be limited to, providing milestone documents, responding to requests for information and reviewing Commissioning Agent submittals and applications.
