Water System Materials Description: - Station, Test 84 in X 3 in, 5 Terminal 1. Test Station shall be yellow pipe, 3 inch diameter and 84 inches long. 2. The black cap shall be fixed to the yellow artwork sleeve and secured to the test station with 1 #2 Philips screw. 3. Test station shall be a 5 wire internal terminal that is delivered without wire. 4. Artwork shall be screen printed to the sleeve. 5. All artwork shall be preapproved by City Utilities Natural Gas Standards Committee. Questions related to this Bidding Event should be directed to the buyer. Any response or correspondence to this Bidding Event should make reference to the Bidding Event number. Bidders are strongly encouraged to utilize the Electronic Bid Attachment Tool (EBAT) or Mail/Express Mail options for submittal of a bidding event response. If the hand delivery option is utilized, the person delivering the bidding event response will be required to check in with security in the Main Office lobby and request a CU Purchasing representative. Once notified, a CU Purchasing representative will meet the delivery person at the door to take possession of the bidding event response. This process may take several minutes to complete as Purchasing is located in the connecting building (Training Center) which is closed to the public. If the bid response is not physically in the hands of a CU Purchasing representative by the published opening date and time, it will be rejected.
