Description

Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Makkovik, Newfoundland. Working plans call for the construction of a 20,000-square-foot, two-story above grade, 12-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

Construction of two multiplex housing buildings in Postville (High View Rd); and Rigolet (Shiwak's Lane at Rieh's Seashore Drive). Each building will be approximately 10,000 sq ft with 6 units. TIMELINE: Plans are complete. Makkovik has been tendered in a separate report. Postville and Rigolet were also tendered, however those tenders were subsequently cancelled; timelines for re-tender are not currently available. Further update may be confirmed summer 2026.
