This Summary Notice and Notice of Intended Procurement is issued by the City of Saskatoon (the "City") for procurements covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and/or the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement to provide summary information in relation to specific procurement The City of Saskatoon is looking for a qualified vendor to provide Construction Services to build a neighbourhood wall along lots 22-33 Block 740 (Sharma Crescent). In addition, up to 174 li/m of neighbourhood wall could be added [optional work] to this work pending site grading and lot subdivision is completed for Yuel Crescent in the summer of 2024. It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded in July 2024. It is the City's intention to enter into a contract with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the agreement is to be for an estimated period of five (5) months. The respondent shall provide with their submission, a Letter of Surety, executed under Seal by a Surety Company. Consent of Surety, are required in a digital format, and must be must be verifiable by the Owner. A Scanned Copy of the Consent of Surety will not be accepted.
