Questions Due Date: Jun 6th 2024, 3:00 PM CDT Online Portal The City of Corinth is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide a Space Needs Assessment and Facilities Master Planning (FMP) services as described in this Request for Statements of Qualifications (SOQ). The successful Respondent shall execute a contract with the City to furnish all equipment, materials, supplies, labor, permits, insurance, and licenses in accordance with the instructions, specifications, terms, and conditions set forth in this Request for Statements of Qualifications (SOQ). No other site visits will be scheduled. Responses received later than the date and time above will not be considered in the evaluation process. The City does not accept oral, telephone, facsimile or faxed proposals. Proposals submitted orally, by phone, or fax will be disqualified and will not be considered in the evaluation process. Proposals will only be accepted if submitted electronically. The City of Corinth reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive defects in proposals. No officer or employee of the City of Corinth shall have a financial interest, direct or indirect, in this or any contract with the City of Corinth.
