2024 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Contract 1-2024. The Project Includes the Following Approximate Quantities of Work: Lining Up to 4,900 Linear Feet of 6- to 15-inch Sanitary Sewer; Rehabilitation of Up to 22 Sanitary Manholes, and Replacement of Up to 1,400 Linear Feet of 8- to 10-inch Sanitary Sewer, Including Up to 15 Manholes. The Bid Must Be Accompanied by Bid Security Made Payable to Owner in an Amount of 5% of the Bidders Maximum Bid Price. Question Deadline 06/22/2024 All Bids Shall Remain Subject to Acceptance for 60 Days After the Time Set for Receiving Bids. Contract Award Shall Be Made Based on the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder. The Town of Bargersville Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Technicality, and to Accept Any Bid Which It Deems Advantageous. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. All requests for interpretation must be received at least five days prior to the day set for receiving Bids. Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price, as security for the faithful performance and payment of Contractor's obligations under the Contract.
