Install 2 drywells and connect to existing drywells with 8" pipe. Replace grates on existing drywells with solid covers. 11th Avenue between Crescent Drive and Moen Road, Spokane County Install 3 catch basins and connect to existing catch basin with 8" pipe. Install 2 capped 6" pipes (4' length) into each of the new catch basins. Waikiki Road at Hemlock Street, Spokane County Regrade existing swale. Install catch basin. Install infiltration trench with 8" perforated pipe connecting catch basin to existing drywell. Cincinnati Street at Pinecone Court, Spokane County Remove 3 concrete inlets, replace with catch basins, and connect to existing pipe. Install 3 drywells and connect to existing drywells with 8" pipe. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. ENGINEERS ESTIMATE: $300,000 to $349,999. NO BIDDER may withdraw his bid after the time set for the opening thereof, unless the award of contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) calendar days. However, the County may reject any or all bids for good cause.
