NMCP FY24 Shrine Project The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA), anticipates awarding a Firm, Fixed Priced contract, in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, and equipment necessary to Raise, Realign, and Clean the headstone markers and Renovate the Turf with Sod in multiple sections at the National Cemetery of the Pacific (NMCP) IAW the (SOW) and other supporting documents as required. The total performance period for this project is 365 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A non-verified vendor that submits a bid or proposal will be rejected as non-responsive. Bidder shall provide pricing for each CLIN. The bid with the overall lowest cost shall be awarding, pending verification of the bid and bonds. Option CLINS may not be obligated at the time of award. Bid Bond must be provided at the time of bid opening, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please note that Performance/Payment Bond is due 10 days AFTER award.
