Wage Rates: Apply The Principal Items of Work Are as Follows (for All Items of Work See Attachment): Hma - 1/2 Inch Portland Cement Concrete Pavement 8 Inch Thick Traffic Control Engineer's Estimate: Greater Than $3m but Less Than or Equal $4m Mandatory Required (Qualified Health Insurance Required) Each bidder must submit an electronic bid bond from an approved surety company using udot's bidding Businesssystem or in lieu thereof, cash, certified check, or cashier's check for not less than 5% of the total amount Of the bid, made payable to the utah department of transportation, showing evidence of good faith and a guarantee That if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the contract bonds as required. The right to reject any or all bids is reserved. UTDOT - SR-39; MP 19.36, Construct Roundabout Intersection Improvements *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
