W911SG-24-B-0010, W911SG24B0010, DPW063073P The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Bliss, Texas is issuing a construction solicitation W911SG-24-B-0010, in support of the United State Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) New Mexico. General Information: The contractor shall provide all plant, supervision, labor materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to complete this scope of work. The bid guarantee in the amount shall be at least 20% of the bid price but shall not exceed $3,000,000.00, in accordance with FAR 28.101-2.
