Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.

The Project consists of constructing the Phase IV, Section 1A landfill expansion. Work under the contract includes relocation of utilities, construction of 17 acres of landfill cell base liner, landfill gas collection and conveyance systems and stormwater management systems, as well as miscellaneous infrastructure items. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. No bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening of the bids, except in accordance with applicable law. The successful bidder must sign the contract within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award or forfeit his bid security. Bid securities will be returned to all but the three apparent lowest responsible bidders at the time of the bid opening. Bid securities of the three lowest responsible bidders will be returned after awarding and signing of the contract. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of ten (10%) percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) but not in excess of $20,000 and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 6.01 and 6.02 of the General Conditions. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with NJSA 40A:11-13.2, to waive minor immaterial informalities, deviations, or omissions in any bid or all bids in accordance with applicable law, and to accept such bids and make such award to the lowest responsible responsive bidder. Furthermore, the Owner may request written clarification of any aspect of the proposal where, in the Owner's opinion, ambiguities exist. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
