The Jersey City Public Schools is seeking responses for Refrigerator and Freezer Repair Services for the 2024-2025 school year. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check made payable to the Jersey City Board of Education, for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total bid, however, not to exceed $20,000.00. Question Deadline 06/13/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Question Submission for online When applicable, for multi-year contracts and extension of contracts, the Performance Bond may be re-submitted each year on the contract anniversary date for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject all bids pursuant to the conditions outlined in N.J.S.A
