Reference Number WS4625458814-Doc4625480214 This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for the roof replacement of the Renfrew Collections Storage facility located in Renfrew, Ontario. The project includes the demolition of the existing Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer rubber (EPDM) roof assembly down to the roof deck, followed by the installation of a new inverted roof system including lightweight vegetative elements. The building must remain operational throughout the entirety of construction and the assets within the building must be protected at all times.The Contractor must perform and complete the Work in 26 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
