The City of Hagerstown is bidding the purchase and installation of window films for an office building renovation at 32 North Potomac Street in Hagerstown, MD. All inquiries should be directed, in writing to Tyler French (Procurement Administrator) at tfrench@hagerstownmd.org. Interpretations, Discrepancies, Omissions: Should any Bidder find discrepancies in, or omissions from the documents or be in doubt of their meaning, he/she should at once request, in writing, an interpretation from tfrench@hagerstownmd.org. All necessary interpretations will be issued to all Bidders in the form of addenda to the specifications, and such addenda shall become part of the contract documents. Exceptions as taken in no way obligates the City to change the specifications. Failure of any Bidder to receive any such addendum or interpretation shall not relieve such Bidder from any obligation under his/her bid as submitted. The City assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, or misinterpretation resulting from a company's use of an incomplete ITB package. Addendums will be posted to the City. Check for the particular bid solicitation for any posted addendum(s). The City of Hagerstown shall make positive efforts to utilize Disadvantaged Business Enterprises for its supplies and services and shall allow these sources the maximum feasible opportunity to compete for contracts.
