Project Description: the Project Includes Crack Sealing Approximately 400,000 Lf With Rubberized Asphalt, Patching Areas, and Adjusting Utility Castings as Needed on the Designated Streets Within the City of Ephrata. All bids shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a postal money order, cashiers check, or bond in an amount equal to 5 percent of the maximum total amount of the bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract or furnish a satisfactory contract bond within the time stated in the specifications, the deposit shall be forfeited to the City. The City Council Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids if Such an Action is in the Best Interest of the City. ***Document Notes: All Bidders Shall Call 509-754-4601 Ext. 139 Prior to Bid Opening to Sign Up as a Bidder on the Project, Whether They Request a Hard Copy or Obtain a Digital Copy of the Specifications.
