The Project Consists of the Following: Contract I Water Infrastructure Improvements Include Construction of a New 10-inch Water Line and Appurtenances to Connect to the Existing Water System and a Service Meter and Valve Vault to Serve the Fishery. Contract Ii Water Infrastructure Improvements Include Upgrades at Three Existing Water Pump Stations. Contract Iii Sewer Infrastructure Improvements Include Construction of a New Sewage Lift Station to Serve the New Fishery, a New 6-inch Force Main and Appurtenances to Connect the New Lift Station to an Existing Influent Lift Station Which Conveys Sewage to the Existing Sewage Treatment Plant, and Upgrades at the Existing Influent Lift Station. Each Bidder Must Be Licensed as a Class a Contractor in the State of Virginia; Bidders Are Instructed to Review the Code of Virginia, Title 54.1, Chapter 11, Prior to Bidding. This is a Federally Assisted Project.
