Bulk Calcium Nitrate to Portland Bureau of Environmental Services. The Portland Bureau of Environmental Services (BES) proposes to engage suppliers for the supply of Bulk Calcium Nitrate, which it uses for sewer odor control treatment at the 86th Ave Pumpstation. The successful supplier(s) shall provide the City of Portland's, 86th Ave Pumpstation with Bulk Calcium Nitrate BES plans to award multiple contracts for bulk delivery of Calcium Nitrate to ensure redundancy and uninterrupted supply of product to meet levels of service. All products shall be delivered in accordance with and conform to the requirements described in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).
