Bulk Calcium Nitrate to Portland Bureau of Environmental Services. The Portland Bureau of Environmental Services (BES) proposes to engage suppliers for the supply of Bulk Calcium Nitrate, which it uses for sewer odor control treatment at the 86th Ave Pumpstation. The successful supplier(s) shall provide the City of Portland's, 86th Ave Pumpstation with Bulk Calcium Nitrate BES plans to award multiple contracts for bulk delivery of Calcium Nitrate to ensure redundancy and uninterrupted supply of product to meet levels of service. The Bidder to whom award is made shall execute and return the Contract in the required number of copies and shall furnish all required bonds and insurance certificates satisfactory to the city within twenty (20) days after the Bidder receives the Contract. Instead, cross out mistakes and correct them in tracked changes. As a result of any of these actions, if the intent of the Bidder is not clearly identifiable, the interpretation most advantageous to the City will prevail. All bids must be on the form furnished by the City, or it may be rejected by the City. The omission of such items as delivery dates, or any other required information may cause the offer to be considered non-responsive. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
