The following legal notice is to receive bids for the installation of approximately 2911 L.F. of 2" pressure collection system installed by HDD, seven 2" valves with boxes, four flush stations and the supply and delivery only of 15 E-One grinder pumps. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guarantee and Contract Bond in accordance with Sections 153.54 and 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than November 1, 2024. To allow proper time for the paperwork to be processed, the contractor will not commence work before July 15, 2024. The Board of Allen County Commissioners, Allen County, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted or to waive any irregularities pursuant to Section 9.31 of the Revised Code.
