Lee County seeks to contract with a qualified and experienced firm to provide ongoing Custodial Services in County Owned and/or operated facilities. The purpose of selecting a vendor to furnish; all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills and incidentals required for Lee County, Florida, in conformance with proposal documents, which include technical specifications and/or a scope of work. The Scope of Services for this RFP is available from online Vendors who obtain scope of services from sources other than are cautioned that the solicitation package may be incomplete. The County's official bidders list, addendum(s) and information must be obtained from online. It is the proposer's responsibility to check for posted information. The County may not accept incomplete proposals. Prospective proposers are encouraged to attend. All prospective proposers are encouraged to obtain and review plans, specifications, and scope of work for this proposal before the preproposal so that they may be prepared to discuss any question or concerns they have concerning this project. A site visit may follow the pre-proposal conference. License(s): Proposer should provide, at the time of the opening of the proposal, all necessary permits and/or licenses required for this product and/or service. Liquidated Damages: Damages paid usually in the form of monetary payment, agreed by the parties to a contract which are due and payable as damages by the party who breaches all or part of the contract. May be applied on a daily basis for as long as the breach is in effect. Any inquiries, suggestions or requests concerning interpretation, clarification or additional information pertaining to the solicitation shall be submitted in writing prior to 5:00 PM at least eight (8) calendar days prior to the date when the submission is due.
