The Contractor shall provide all labor tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies as required to complete the striping of two (2) parking lots. The Contractor shall provide the following: sweeping of parking lot to allow thermal materials to adhere, laying out per drawings, stripping using thermal plastic materials and laying out handicap markings. The color shall be basic reflective white on all stripes. Handicap markings to include blue accents. The Contractor shall be responsible for all work related to parking lot stripping installation and cleaning work area as requested. Installation may include labor, sweeping, stripping, HD markings and other items as estimated. Materials utilized by the Contractor must be of equal or better quality than existing materials. The Contractor shall provide the services to two (2) parking lots, one located on the east side (Parking lot B, 4,740 square feet) and one on the west side (parking Lot A, 6,028 square feet).
