The Office of General Services reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Contractor shall obtain, maintain and pay for all permits and licenses legally required and shall give all notices, pay all fees and comply with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to the Work at no additional cost. The contractor shall post, in a location designated by the State, a copy of the New York State Department of Labor schedules of prevailing wages and supplements for this Project, a copy of all redeterminations of such schedules for the Project, the Workers Compensation Law Section 51 notice, all other notices required by law to be posted at the Site, the Department of Labor notice that this Project is a public work project on which each worker is entitled to receive the prevailing wages and supplements for the occupation at which he or she is working, and all other notices which the State directs the contractor to post All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000 for C. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
