Renovation of an office development in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,903-square-foot office development.
A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Work will include, but not be limited to interior trades such as removal and replacement of ceiling systems, and plumbing. Exterior trades shall include , but not be limited demolition and replacement of roofing system and modification to accessory components such as flashing, roof drains, and mechanical curbs and systems. See Section 01 11 00 for complete Summary of Work. CONTRACTOR shall include in its bid all necessary work in order to perform the work required to make all modifications as detailed on the construction documents. Contractor shall make provisions on its bid to cover all necessary labor & materials to execute the intent of the construction documents. 2. Parking and site access is not part of the project scope. 3. Building has been inspected for Hazardous materials. A summary has been placed on file. Questions Due Date: Jul 31st 2024, 5:00 PM CDT Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is accepting proposals to furnish all labor, materials, insurance, equipment, and supervision required for the replacement of the existing gravel-surface coal-tar pitch built-up roof system as detailed in the Project Manual (Attachment 11) and Project Drawings (Attachment 12) at the TWC Mopac Building located at 12312 N. Mopac Expressway, Austin, Texas 78758. TWC will occupy the building during construction and therefore the work must not interfere with normal business operations.
