Addenda and otherproposal information will be issued only to holders of drawings and specifications distributed by the Architect and on theOfficial Bidders List. Release ofcontract documents to the bidder does not imply acceptanceof the bidder's qualifications bythe Owner or Architect. Bids received from GeneralContractors who are not on theOfficial Bidders List may not beaccepted or opened.
