Sarpy County is seeking engineering services for the design of sanitary sewer system repairs, bidding services and construction management of these repairs. Sarpy County has already identified and prioritized the locations for repairs. Sarpy County completed Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and manhole inspections of its sanitary sewer system from July 2023 to April 2024. Based on these inspections, Sarpy County plans to complete all necessary repairs with condition codes of 4 and 5 and critical manhole repairs in FY 2025 (July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025). Typical repairs include debris removal, Cured In-Place Piping (CIPP), point repairs, and manhole repairs (barrel realignments, concrete collars, grouting) to reduce the amount of inflow and infiltration within the sanitary sewer system and increase wastewater conveyance capacity. Upon selection of consultant, Sarpy County will provide the CCTV inspection data and final report.
